These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of christos.fashion and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who We Are

Christos.Fashion (also known as Christ Clothing) is an online Christian apparel brand. Products are made-to-order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, pricing, and availability, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before shipping to confirm how you'd like to proceed.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we accept once payment is successfully processed. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe over an encrypted connection — we never see or store your full card details. You'll receive an order confirmation by email once your payment succeeds.

Production & Shipping

Every item is made to order through Printify's print-on-demand network. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, plus 3–5 business days for domestic US shipping — most orders arrive within 5–12 business days. Orders over $50 (US) ship free; smaller orders are charged shipping calculated at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Our primary focus is US domestic shipping; international shipping may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size preference or buyer's remorse. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed, we will replace it at no cost — contact us at hello@christos.fashion within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, text, and content on this site are the property of Christos.Fashion or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell our designs or content without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with its security or normal operation, or to misuse the checkout, contact, or newsletter forms (including submitting false information or automated/bot submissions).

Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third parties to run our store, including Stripe (payments), Printify (production and fulfillment), and Netlify (hosting and forms). Your use of the site is also subject to those providers' own terms where applicable.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christos.Fashion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
