Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 17, 2026
Christos.Fashion ("Christos.Fashion," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit christos.fashion or place an order, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
When you browse our site, sign up for updates, or place an order, we may collect:
Contact & order information — name, email address, shipping address,
and order details you provide at checkout.
Payment information — payments are processed directly by Stripe. We do
not collect or store your full card number, CVC, or other card details on our servers.
Account & browsing data — items you add to your cart (stored locally
in your browser), pages you visit, and general device/browser information (such as IP
address and browser type) collected automatically through cookies and similar
technologies.
Communications — messages you send us through our contact form or email,
and your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Process and fulfill your orders, including sending them to our print-on-demand partner
for production and shipping.
Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and respond to customer service requests.
Send marketing emails and updates about new drops — only if you opt in, and you can
unsubscribe at any time.
Understand how visitors use our site, measure the performance of our advertising, and
improve the shopping experience.
Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues.
Third Parties We Work With
We share the minimum information necessary with trusted service providers who help us run the store:
Stripe — processes all payments on our behalf. Stripe's use of your
information is governed by the
Stripe Privacy Policy.
Printify — our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. We share your name
and shipping address with Printify solely to produce and ship your order.
Netlify — hosts our website and processes newsletter/contact form
submissions.
Google (Analytics & Ads) — we use Google tools to measure site
traffic and the performance of our advertising campaigns, including conversion tracking
and, where enabled, remarketing. Google may set cookies or similar identifiers on your
device for these purposes. You can learn more about how Google uses this data at
policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites,
and you can opt out of personalized advertising at
adssettings.google.com.
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — if you accept analytics and advertising
cookies, we load the Meta Pixel, which places identifiers on your device and reports the
pages you view and actions you take on this site (such as viewing a product, adding to
cart, starting checkout, and completing a purchase) so we can measure our Facebook and
Instagram advertising and show relevant ads. Separately, when an order is completed we
send Meta a server-side record of that purchase through their Conversions API. That
record includes the order total, the items purchased, and your contact and address
details — but the contact details are irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) on our server
before they are transmitted, so Meta receives a scrambled value it can only use to
check against accounts it already has, never a readable email address or phone number.
We only send this server-side record if you accepted advertising cookies; if you declined,
no purchase record is sent to Meta. You can review and adjust how Meta uses your data at
facebook.com/adpreferences/ad_settings.
We do not sell or rent your personal information for money. Some privacy laws use a broader definition of “sale” or “sharing” that can cover advertising measurement of the kind described above. Where those definitions apply, declining on our cookie preference bar is how you opt out: no Google or Meta advertising technology is loaded, and no purchase record is sent to Meta.
Cookies & Local Storage
We use essential cookies/local storage to keep items in your cart while you shop. These
are always active because the cart cannot work without them.
Analytics and advertising cookies — used by Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta
Pixel — are not loaded until you choose “Accept” on the
preference bar. If you choose “Decline”, none of those scripts are requested
and no advertising identifiers are set. Your choice is stored on your own device, and you
can change it at any time using the button below. You can also disable
cookies entirely in your browser settings, though some parts of the site — like the
shopping cart — may not work correctly without them.
Clears your saved preference and reloads this page so you can choose again.
Data Retention
We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle returns or disputes, and comply with our legal and tax obligations. Newsletter subscriber emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your Rights & Choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us directly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA (California) or GDPR (EU/UK) — email us and we'll do our best to help.
Children's Privacy
Christos.Fashion is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
All checkout traffic is encrypted over SSL/TLS. We never see or store your card details — those are handled entirely by Stripe.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
